Tiramisu with Flora
Vegan Tiramisu

Ingredients
- Tiramisu mix 1135 grams
- Vanilla Sponge 550 grams
- Espresso Mixture 265 grams
- Coca Powder 25 grams
Vegan Vanilla Sponge
- All Purpose Flour 355 grams
- Corn Startch 15 grams
- baking powder 7 grams
- salt 3 gram
- sugar 200 grams
- vegetable oil 160 gram
- almond milk 240 grams
- apple cider vinegar 28 grams
- vanilla extract 10 grams
Tiramisu Mixture
- Flora Cooking 500gms
- Cream Cheese 500 grams
- cane sugar 100 grams
- coconut oil 20 grams
- vanilla extract 15 grams
Espresso Mixture
- espresso shots 150 grams
- coffee liqueur 20 grams
- granulated sugar 45 grams
- water 50 grams
Instructions
- In designated tray add half quantity of the vanilla sponge
- Drop half quantity of espresso mixture
- Add the tiramisu mixture to spread it all over the sponge
- Repeat the same steps with the rest of the vegan sponge and cream
- Put the try in the fridge for 1 hour
- Remove and dust the cocoa powder on top
- Ready to serve
Vegan Vanilla Sponge
- in a large bowl add the flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt and sugar
- mix them well
- add to the boil vegetable oil, almond milk, apple cider vinegar and mix them
- add vanilla extract and mix but make sure do not over whisk
- in a baking tray add the mix and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes under 175 degree
- remove and cool it down
- cut as finger shape similar to lady finger size
- ready to use
Tiramisu Mixture
- whip the flora cooking with cane sugar
- add the cream cheese with coconut oil and vanilla
- fold them well by using a spatula
- ready to use
Espresso Mixture
- in a stainless bowl add the espresso shots
- add coffee liquor , sugar and water
- mix them well by using a hand whisk
- ready to use
