Ingredients
 

  • Tiramisu mix 1135 grams
  • Vanilla Sponge 550 grams
  • Espresso Mixture 265 grams
  • Coca Powder 25 grams
Vegan Vanilla Sponge
  • All Purpose Flour 355 grams
  • Corn Startch 15 grams
  • baking powder 7 grams
  • salt 3 gram
  • sugar 200 grams
  • vegetable oil 160 gram
  • almond milk 240 grams
  • apple cider vinegar 28 grams
  • vanilla extract 10 grams
Tiramisu Mixture
  • Flora Cooking 500gms
  • Cream Cheese 500 grams
  • cane sugar 100 grams
  • coconut oil 20 grams
  • vanilla extract 15 grams
Espresso Mixture
  • espresso shots 150 grams
  • coffee liqueur 20 grams
  • granulated sugar 45 grams
  • water 50 grams

      Instructions
       

      1. In designated tray add half quantity of the vanilla sponge
      2. Drop half quantity of espresso mixture
      3. Add the tiramisu mixture to spread it all over the sponge
      4. Repeat the same steps with the rest of the vegan sponge and cream
      5. Put the try in the fridge for 1 hour
      6. Remove and dust the cocoa powder on top
      7. Ready to serve
      Vegan Vanilla Sponge
      1. in a large bowl add the flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt and sugar
      2. mix them well
      3. add to the boil vegetable oil, almond milk, apple cider vinegar and mix them
      4. add vanilla extract and mix but make sure do not over whisk
      5. in a baking tray add the mix and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes under 175 degree
      6. remove and cool it down
      7. cut as finger shape similar to lady finger size
      8. ready to use
      Tiramisu Mixture
      1. whip the flora cooking with cane sugar
      2. add the cream cheese with coconut oil and vanilla
      3. fold them well by using a spatula
      4. ready to use
      Espresso Mixture
      1. in a stainless bowl add the espresso shots
      2. add coffee liquor , sugar and water
      3. mix them well by using a hand whisk
      4. ready to use
