Delicious Lemon and Garlic Chicken Pasta Salad

Salads don’t have to be boring and this one is chockful of proteins and colourful veg and tastes as good as it looks! The recipe uses Flora 100% Natural Ingredients which is filled with Omega 3 and contains less saturated fat than butter.

For the salad
- 2 chicken breasts
- 160 grams of pasta
- 1 bag of salad leaves
- 80g sugarsnap peas
- 1 yellow pepper
For the marinade
- 2 tsps Flora 100% Natural Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- Boil up pasta and once cooked rinse with cold water.
- Lay salad leaves, pasta and chopped yellow pepper/sugar snap peas on platter dish.
- Pan fry chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper and use a teaspoon of Flora, cook for 4-5 mins on both sides until cooked. Then slice up and scatter across the dish.
- Make the marinade. Melt 2 teaspoons of Flora and mix with the juice from half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt and pepper and mix.
- Drizzle marinade over the chicken and salad and enjoy.
