Homemade Granola Bars

- 300g porridge oats
- 100g mixed seeds
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 50g plain flour
- 200g Flora, melted
- 200g golden syrup
- 150g soft brown sugar
- 150g dried fruit
- 125g peanut butter
- Heat oven to 160C/140C fan. Line a 33cm x 20cm swiss roll tin with non-stick baking paper.
- Mix the oats, seeds, coconut, flour and dried fruit.
- Melt the Flora in a pan, then add the golden syrup, sugar and peanut butter. Combine all the ingredients together, then tip into the tin, pressing down into the corners.
- Bake for 20 - 30mins then remove and leave to cool completely in the tin.
- Cut into 18 bars, and wrap using baking paper and string.
