Smoked Garlic Hasselback Potatoe
A beautifully roasted potatoe, carefully sliced for that signature Hasselback look, infused with the rich flavour of smoked garlic. Each crispy, golden edge gives way to a soft, buttery center, with layers of smoky, garlicky goodness in every bite. A perfect side dish or stand-alone delight that brings a gourmet twist to a classic favorite.

- 4 large potato
- 8 tbsps Flora smoked garlic
- salt
- fresh parsley or chives
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Cut a thin slice off the base of the potatoes so they sit flat and stable. Place each potato between two chopsticks (to prevent cutting all the way through). Slice the potatoes thinly, about 2mm apart, making sure not to cut completely through.
- Massage 1 tablespoon of Flora Smoked Garlic over each potato, ensuring you get between the slices. Season with salt.
- Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the potatoes are tender inside.
- Add the remaining Flora Smoked Garlic to melt over the potatoes. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
