- 400 g prawns (peeled tails on)
- 30 g Flora smoked garlic
- salt and pepper
- 15 g freshly chopped parsley
- lemon wedges for serving
- Melt 15g of Flora Smoked Garlic in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the prawns, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the prawns are pink and opaque.
- Add the remaining Flora Smoked Garlic and cook for another minute, stirring to coat the prawns.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
