  • 400 g prawns (peeled tails on)
  • 30 g Flora smoked garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 15 g freshly chopped parsley
  • lemon wedges for serving
  1. Melt 15g of Flora Smoked Garlic in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the prawns, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the prawns are pink and opaque.
  2. Add the remaining Flora Smoked Garlic and cook for another minute, stirring to coat the prawns.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
